When I print things the top margin gets reduced to barely anything and the bottom margin is like and inch long. So it's like my printer moves the item I'm printing all the way to the top on the sheet of paper. I already checked the settings to see if it's printing on a sheet that's 8.5x11 and it is. This started happening like 4 months ago and it didn't really matter until now since I have to print a brochure/pamphlet that's two-sided for a school project and it won't look good if the margins are off. Can I fix this?

In your word processor, what ever it may be:

Click on file,

Move down to Page Setup, Click on it

A dialog box should appear, Click on the margins tab

adjust top margin.
