Hi I use an all natural sleep tablet called sleep now, it is so good. For ages I couldnt get off to sleep and when I did I was always waking up. It contains lavender, melatonin, valerian and passionflower, I am now getting better sleep than I ever have. It doesnt have any drowsy side effect or any other side effects. I get mine from myhealthabcmall.com, I cant remember which tab its under cos I buy six at once to save me monthly shipping costs and I havnt ordered for the last few months, its easy to find anyway. I also find that when I wake up I feel refreshed, not sure if its the product or because I am sleeping well. Good luck.

It all depends on why you are unable to sleep. Are you unable to sleep because of anxiety? What about your diet, too much caffiene or sugar? Do you exercise or do you work at a desk job? Has this changed recently? This can be a symptom of other concerns (anxiety, depression or a physical ailment). See your doctor. Try a breathing technique, muscle relaxation technique, get some exercise, cut out coffee or coke or too much sugar, don't have any caffiene after 4pm. Get out of bed if you cant sleep after 30 minutes and do something else.

I suppose it's good that you're not tired when you go to bed, but how do you feel in the morning? Some people don't need that much sleep. This webpage has some good ideas for getting to sleep - good luck!
