What Colour Ov Clothes Suits Redheads?

My friend is a red head and she is wondering what colour of clothes suit it. She is quite tall as well so can you tell me what colours you think would suit it =) x

Greens are a fab colour for redheads and there are alot of them about in fashion at the moment. But any BOLD, vibrant colours would suit. Dont go for light pastel shades as redheads tend to have pale skin and will looked washed out. I just bought a beautiful bottle green dress for my redhead friends birthday and it looks amazing on her - very dramatic and elegant! Hope that helps x

If her hair is red w/ blue undertones, go for winter/summer colors. Blue undertones suggest winter/spring coloring.
Most redheads have warm undertones and are either autumns or springs. Autums, or darker brown eyed redheds, look great in any eath tone, and vivid colors in the jewel tones. Some reds can be pulled off, be careful. Greens and purples can be fabulous but again be careful with the undertones. Cream and dark browns look better against their skin than black and white. Springs are the paler redheads who look stunning in lighter earth tones and warm pastels, like peach over pink. Chocolate brown is a classic for a redhead.

Block colours suit redheads far more than printed or patterned designs. My grandmother had redhair, she dressed very elegant and modern, often with block black shift dress and a vibrant emerald green shawl, the outfit looked outstanding on her.

The same with plain white and off-beige browns, the colours seemed to go with her hair. She avoided vibrant colours such as yellow, red and orange as often they would be the ones that tending to clash.

Im not saying you have to dress like a grandmother to achieve this style, but take a look at examples of celebrities such as nicole kidman and julia roberts, often chic black jackets, dresses and the odd coloured top, makes them look very stunning.

I am a tall redhead (5ft 8ins) and I can wear almost anything. Green, blue, rusts, browns, even pink !. I wear red but stick to accesories such as red shoes, necklaces, scarfs and bags. I normally steer clear of anything too pale (creams or whites) but apart from that she can wear what she likes !
Oh I would also avoid the yellows that are fashionable at the moment, unless it's maybe a belt or a scarf.

Black, Blue, Yellow, Green, and White. As for her height, if she is attempting to maximize it have her wear A Line designs. The straight, smooth tailoring will enhance the long look that height already gives a person. Heels, in comfortable height range, will help. If she is attepting to look shorter, have her go for low heels or flats. Ask her to wear a belt or a fashonable scarf around the middle or running from shoulder to waist. This look will "cut" some length off by focusing the viewers eyes toward the scarf or belt. There is no color, that I'm aware of, that will visually enhance or decrease height---sorry!
