My boyfriend and I would do foreplay, we didn't use a dildo but fingers. When time came we finally had sex, no, it did not hurt as much as I thought, and I did not bleed. I've never used a dildo before though, so I wouldn't know about that one. =0)

The vagina is made of a very elastic sort of material, so it will always shrink back to its original size after sex, so using a vibrator to "open you up" really won't work. Using the vibrator may, however, get you used to the sensation.
Whether sex will hurt your first time or not really depends on your body and your experience. Some girls report their first time not hurting at all, and some report it being the most painful thing they've ever done, and everything inbetween. Probably the best thing you can do to help your experience to not be painful would be to take it easy, and be sure to be well-lubricated (whether naturally or with a store-bought lubricant) before he actually penetrates you.

Bad idea. If you start using a toy before the real thing, well,, you should be warned that toys can desensitize that area and the real thing will never really please you the way it should. Anything that breaks the hymen is going to hurt it and I would think that plastic would hurt it more than a penis.
