While only a psychological 'breakdown' can cause dementia, if the man who has had a vasectomy 'freaked out' over it, then it (the vasectomy itself) my might have been THE trigger leading to the dementia. But seriously, having vasectomies would not fit
the classic profile as a possible cause of dementia.

Translation: Very Unlikely, like about 99.9999% guys have dementia as a side effect from a vasectomy. Pre-existing conditons are the ONLY way I can imagine that this could happen.

That's about as stupid as the fact that people once thought masturbation caused dementia. What the hell does a man's vas deferens have to do with his mental state? If a person starts showing signs of dementia after vasectomy, they were already crazy to begin with.

I got my vasectomy done 20 years ago. Dementia runs in my family. I am 40, and still don't have it.
