Well, it's got to be better than feeling that constipated....

I have IBS, its a stomac condition, and I had to go into the hosp to get an Upper Gi and other stuff done to me, well they told me to go home and I had to use an emema the day before my procedure, they didn't help me I had to do it my own at my house, having IBS made the enema worse, as long as you don't have a stomach problem and its only constipation you'll be fine, much better off than I was with it. In your case yours is worth it, you'll be having a child also not just crap comming out of you lol

I don't know of any way to relax. Maybe think of how cute your little one is going to be and the cute things he/she will do. I remember being pregnant.....ugh those vitamins make it rough. Best of luck and Cngratulations!

I can't imagine any way to relax during that. I'd say just grin and bear it, it won't be going on forever!

ask your doctor to prescribe a valium to be taken an hour or so before the procedue. this is a very common thing to combat anxiety.
