I don't know what to call it, but I need to know what kind of mascara or eyelash curlers to use to make my eyelashes have that wet, stuck together look? Like, they are spread out, but then they are stuck together at the same time?
What can I do to achieve that look?
Please give me some helpful tips.

You can use Cover Girl mascara. The trick is to apply it to the base of eyelash and wiggle the brush. Apply a few times, let one coat dry and repeat a few times. As far as eyelash curlers go any of them should work, it's just the method of applying mascara you should work on.

You can buy fake lashes that are exactly the way you want and you won't make a mess.
They are usually out around Halloween so you may have to look online for now. Hot Topic ( store) will usually carry them , but again, not till October.

you need to purchase some eyelash brush on the keep, and this is much greater valuable to apply sparkling mascara(this is rather valuable, basically like a gel, i exploit it in many circumstances happening!) in case you do no longer opt to apply black one. wish that helped! :)

Usually people try to avoid that look. But uhm, try just a cheap mascara. Or maybe a old one... they usually clump your eyelashes together.

i know exactly what you mean. there is a product called wet lash by pout cosmetic for around 21 dollars. pout is carried at many victoria's secret stores as well as sephora, but only certain sephora locations, as many have a limited selection. it is available at sephora.com too. there is also a generic clear mascara for ten dollars by sephora, but i don't like it quite as much.

Uh..... baby-doll clumps? take the front of your mascara wand and clump together three or four lashes. Sounds gross, but it looks cute if you do it right! (p.s. don't use anything else on your eyes with it, it will look too over powering)

you want to make ur eyeslashes stuck together??? Thats weird cuz people usually want their eyelashes to look spread apart so i have no idea what ur talking about
