Yes it does but I'm not sure where it is. Not long back I picked up a friend who left his luggage in a left luggage locker at Manchester Picadilly. Most of the main train and coach stations in the UK have left luggage facilities. I do a lot of long distance cycling and walking and we sometimes use these facilities as 'resupply' points.
