It's different from woman to woman. For instance, my sister cramps really badly and is very irritable around that time of the month, whereas I don't act or feel any differently. Different women experience different symptoms. But I don't think it's ever horrible enough to curse the fact that you're a woman (unless you have endometriosis).

Well actually every women is different. I for instance never bloat but I can tell you right now I have some of the worst cramps on my period... you feel like breaking down and crying sometimes! And for the PMS thing.... I get it because I know when I'm getting my period because I'll get real moody and emotional for no reason! I have to take medication for the cramps also. So ya men are lucky they don't have to go through periods every month for about a week for like 50 years!!! The only joy I get out of this is that I want to have kids one day, so the pain is worth it. Men just don't see all the things we have to go through like the bleeding through the skirt or pants, pain and emotion, and the tampons too. Sounds fun, right? :)

Cramps that are so bad that you cannot walk or move or sleep and are crying like a baby. Your clothing does not fit, and you have the urge to eat EVERYTHING in sight. Also, the diaper feeling. The grossness of the blood. The big dark clots. Slimeyness. Yeah. It's as bad as it sounds. Some women have it really bad.

its different for everybody. i used to cramp so bad i would vomit and couldn't move, then after i had my first baby, they all went away and i had no problems what so ever. i now have a low back ache, but i also have serious back troubles that heighten the pain. you are lucky you dont have to deal with it though. you would have to keep track of the timing, the mess, which kinds of tampons, pads to use, worry about bleeding through and whether people notice. its a pain!

For some women it can be. I have three sisters and I was the only one who had the terrible cramps before my period. The cramps kept me in bed, then start throwing-up. PMS wasn't so bad for me, but my husband sure didn't like it! He always kept his distance, he knew when it was coming.

i hardly know its there- i think the only reason we get moody is bcause other women say we get moody- so i just dont believe- the only thing that bugs me is leaks and it can cost over 100 bucks a year to buy tampons- there goes an outfit of clothes- i also used 2 have cramps when i was younger- thoses used to make me moody- but i didnt think about them and they didnt really bug me animore- the more i thought about it, the worse they felt
