Nope not unless he has already been cloned and his clone is over 35. Elsewise in 8 years his clone would only be 8 years old and unable to run for president. Remember, clones are just basically younger identical twins and therefore a different individual. HECK his clone might even USE morals and intelligence.

The clone should run FROM another 8 years. Of course, this assumes love of country and desire for what is best for the country and its citizens on the part of the clone. However, since those concerns were not be present in the original version, they would not appear in the clone, either. Consequently, the clone would selfishly and arrogantly run for another eight years--like the original that it was cloned from. God forbid.
