iDog---help!?

I posted this question on the music players board, but figured I could get more answers here, so...
I just got an iDog recently--a friend gave it to me because her iPod
broke...but she may or may not have the connector cord that was included with it?!
What should I do if she doesnt have the cord to plug it in to? Can I buy just the connector cord somewhere without another iDog?
Also, if you have the iDog, do you like it? How exactly does it work?

I got one for Christmas. I don't think you can buy a chord for it in stores, but I'm sure you can find one on Ebay or some site like that.
