who would i report this to? they keep disqualifying me and ive sent my materials/copies in twice now and they keep claiming i did this and this and this wrong on my rebate even though i have copies of my records and i know theyre correct and the rebate people are full of it. how do i report to? federal trade commission? FBI? better business bureau?

The company isn't TigerDirect is it.I've had the same problems with getting rebates from OnRebate.com.Denied 2 rebates for minor items. Had to wait 6 months for 1.BBB can't do a lot except give them a bad rating.I've had people report companies to the FBI with little luck.I did get my rebate when I told them I'd report them to The Postal Inspector's.Since you used the mail to send or receive the rebate it would fall in their jurisdiction, I know it's frustrating.If it is TigerDirect or OnRebate they are owned by the same people.It is their goal to work together and deny rebates. Of course they won't tell you that.One customer was due $500 worth of rebates he never received.If it is either 2 of these companies please add on to your question and let me know.Good luck.I've listed a ripoff report about TigerDirect and OnRebate below.

A technical glitch does not constitute fraud.

Small claims court is your best bet.
