I used to feel the same way. I did not get full on anorexia, but I did limit my calories and exercise a lot. I think you can get over this. First, try to avoid looking at pictures of super skinny models. Look at women who have positive body images. Tyra Banks is a good example. Also, if your mom or someone gets Glamour magazine, there's an article in there about how women are obsessed with their bodies. There is a picture of a model who is clearly ana. All her bones are sticking out and she does not look good. Then, turn the page, and there she is again. But this picture is from a year ago. That very same girl is wearing a pink dress on the runway. She is still slim, but not bone thin. She looks much better in the second picture. Try getting involved in a sport. This may make you feel better about your body. Just DO NOT over exercise. Rather than obsessing over your weight, try getting involved in a club at school. Also, stop weighing yourself. It doesn't matter how much you weigh. What matters is that you are happy with yourself. Stop dieting! It may eventually mess up your metabolism, and you don't want that. Basically, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Keep healthy snacks around such as fruit, animal crackers, granola bars, and cereal around. Enjoy the occasional candy bar or piece of cake. As long as you don't eat candy or other sugary snacks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will not get fat. If you're still not happy with your weight, think of some part of your body you are happy with. Such as your eyes, hair, etc. If you become anorexic, you will not look as nice. Also, a good book I'd recomend is "Wasted". It's about a girl who becomes ana. She talks about how it ruined her life. I've read several books on this topic, but this was by far the one that made me realize how serious anorexia can be. Please don't strave yourself!

YOu dont could desire to flow anorexic as you so positioned it. the two see a GP and get a suitable weight loss plan, or decrease decrease back on what you consume. Get a pen and paper and write down each little thing you put in your mouth from cereal, sandwiches, even a boiled candy, definitely each little thing, and you'd be stunned at what you consume. Now seem on the healthful and unsafe issues which you're ingesting and decrease decrease back on the undesirable stuff. consume a great variety of fruit and veg. It isnt problematical to drop some pounds and you will do it without starving your physique. in case you abruptly give up ingesting it wont do your physique any sturdy, will make you experience easy headed, dizzy, ill and once you do flow to consume you have this style of low blood sugar point you will crave chocolate the worst factor you could consume while attempting to drop some pounds. PLease re evaluate happening the no longer ingesting direction it isnt the main appropriate thank you to drop some pounds.

so you're currently weighing 108? and your 11?
i agree that you shouldn't be worrying about your weight. but this question makes me think if maybe i'm anorexic...im 14 and i weigh 86 lbs. so maybe weighing 108 at age 11 is a good thing. but constantly dieting is not, so i suggest that you seek a professional and inform ur parents because if not, you're weight will decrease dramatically.

h sweetie i hate to tell you this but it does sound like u r. Talk to your parents and get help. Because anorexia can harm you and make your health bad. You shouldn't be concerned on how you look. People should like you for who you are. So if your over wieght (which i know your not) they should like you for you not your body. You need to tal kto an adult. even if its just one of your friends parents maybe they can talk to your parents for you.
