In my opinion, you cannot get much better than the classic timeless colour of Black, wear it with anything - wear it on a fat day, where it on a skinny day! The key is accessories!!

If i was going on a hot date - i would deffinatly wear a black basque dress which you can always pick up from Jane norman (sizes 6{equiv to 4} and 16 {equiv to 14}) which is knee length with a beautiful pattern - team with some killer heels, a beautiful pendent and some fabulous earrings, with the hair style that suits you - i am a hair down type of gal, and thats my comfort zone so i always wear my hair down in this sort of environment - you will have EVERY man eating out the palm of your hand.

For drinks at a bar with friends - I have notcied you havnt mentioned Jeans, sophisticated well fitted jeans can look amazing - team with Killer heels. But if you have to wear trousers - always make sure
A) your not welcoming everybody to a nice view of your crotch
B) they are the right length - in my opinion this should cover, some, but not all of the heel.
With a gorgeous top!

I always feel super sexy when i have some leg showing, so i feel its a obligation for every woman to invest in a good quality, well fitted A-line skirt.. wear it for work - a date - when you need a pick me up! Anything really.

For a dressed evening , only or accompanied, I suggest you a dress slightly moulding and low-necked (but not too !) with a minimum length... semi-thighs seems to be not too vulgar !
For a very simple evening, even between buddies (like evenings of clubs...) skirt and top will make the deal : choose a moulding skirt and top. You can choose a moulding trousers and top too if you feel better with a trousers.

Always keep in mind that, whether you wear skirt or trousers, the bottoms must be in dark colours in general and the tops white. For the dresses, it's different... depends on your state of mind and your personality... if you want to be seen : choose colours that can be seen like red, flashy yellow, blue...if you are a shy person choose all soft colours (white, dry blue, rose...)

Whatever you choose to wear, don't forget that clothes are the reflection of who you really are... and whether you wear a dress, skirt and top or trousers, if you feel sexy it will do it !

But women can look sexy in either. depends on how you carry it. Nice make-up, personality and hair all adds to the final finish

I agree with thenakats... its not what u are wearing its how u are wearing them .. if u feel comfortable and sexy it really comes across... diff colours suit diff people as well and as a general rule of thumb either show some leg or cleavage ... never both !

The clothes aren't what's sexy (for the most part) it's the man/woman who wears them.... Sexy is all about attitude - there is really no style, color and item that makes us look sexy - that comes from within....

skirts with a top are my fave! try a black skirt, a turqoise tank, with a white cut off jean jacket with bulky bangles or necklaces and white ballet flats! thats very hot for spring!
