PR. He was a master at propaganda. Great speaker who always new what the American people wanted to hear. Really knew how to instill hope and to get people to stop fearing the unknow. If you can't speak really well as a President and know what the US public wants to hear you will never have a successful Presidency as shown so well by Bush. Reagan was probably as ignorant as Bush but because he knew how to speak he is considered a great president.

Because he's dead, and dead presidents can do no more harm.
