How can i seprate a audio file from a video file?

i have videos of a live concert and i want just the audio to put on my ipod....how can i do that on a regular computer, with out all the high tech stuff? is it even possible?

Yea it's possible, but you need to download a video converter so you can rip the audio as an mp3 file.

have you got winrar?, because i can upload a video converter so you can rip the music off - its just you will need winrar to open the file
