hello everyone. i suspect that one of my friends might be gay. i have known him for about 3 years. during this time period, he has done things such as: show me and other boys his stomach, show us his pubes, grab his package when we shoot baskets, slap our butts, pretend he is someone else on AIM who loves boys, does not have a gf, gets semi hard around us, and is always over this one boy's house. i am gay and i would like to know, is my friend gay? thanks for your advice.

also i have asked him if he is gay he said he is not a ****** and got all defensive. but then he talked to me online under a different s/n and we like had aim sex.

Well, if he isn't gay he definitely seems curious. His defensive reaction to your questioning is a sign that he probably has something he's hiding. Only problem is that it's up to him to decide whether or not he wants to explore or continue to keep it hidden. He's probably afraid of the rejection and endless criticism that will definitely follow should he decide to allow himself the freedom of letting the world know who he really is. Of course, I could be very wrong and may be as straight as they come...but his actions sure show otherwise.

Anything is possible. You should let him know that you dont have anything against gay people so that he could be more confortable opening up to you.

He sounds very cosseted. He could be having trouble coming to grips with his own sexuality. Talk to him and tell him how hard it was for you yo tell people.

If he shows you guys his pubes and slaps your buttocks, he probably is.

i think the only way to really know is to ask him- of you dont you'll just wonder- because what if he never tells you- be brave :)- you can do it :)
