"I have better things to do than sit in a one bedroom apartment and watch you play" and leave?

This is not a one-time thing, this is EVERY weekend.

I had a simmilar problem about 2 years ago with my ex girlfriend. Everytime i would go over there she would just want to play WoW. I had to employ some tactics of a somewhat sexual nature that cant really be talked about here because of the nature of them. But I did get her to stop playing when i did go over to her place. One of the previous answers was a great idea, with plan out something to do before going over to his place. I tried it and it worked for me.

wow talk about obsession. I think if he loves his wii that much and just invites u over to watch it...either get another remote and play with him or just go shut it off and tell him to do something else.

PS: This advice coming from a 13 year old.

Say it before you go over there - make a plan, an itinerary, maybe even a date.

And guess what, it isn't going to get better after you get married. Boys ALWAYS love their toys. You have to accept that or move on.

Maybe you should wait for your fiancee to grow up before committing to a long term relationship. He still feels that the games are more important then romantic interaction.

Obviously, this sounds like a red flag. Imagine your honeymmon somewhere romantic Hawaii, Carribean, etc, and he just wants to play games...rather than be with you.
