im doing a sciecnce project that is due this thursday (mar. 1) and i really need some answers...i figured i would do a survey.
tell me how you personally feel when it is (a) rainy, (b), warm & sunny, (c) cold and snowy, (d) and just plain overcast and windy
thanks so much!! and if you can ask people around you in the house (family members/friends/etc) and post their answers! i need as many as i can get!

well for all of the familey members at my house
Raniy makes us feel like we dont want to wake up kinda a lazy day but for one of the members in the house that makes them happy they dont have to work!! lol
warm and sunny i live in florida so i know this one lol go chill at the pool or go outside it makes us feel like its a greatt day.
c and s i dont remeber the snow but i know the cold and i think that is usally bad day for parents and good for kids kids like snow and cold alot of times and no school half the time LOL.
i like overcast but not wind here where i live today is overcast n windy but im not feeling to bad i like it,i really hope this helps gl in ur test.

I think if you do a search for a condition called S.A.D., you'll find that it's caused by what's commonly known as Cabin Fever, a condition caused by being shut in during the long winter months. Weather has a big effect on human emotions, as well as physical effects, like knowing the weather is changing because your arthritis is kicking up. On a personal level, when it's rainy, it makes me feel cozy, unless it's a thunderstorm, then it makes me excited. Warm & sunny makes me feel happy & comfortable. Cold makes me feel differently than when it's snowing. Cold makes me feel uncomfortable and a little depressed (I get cold easily in the winter). When it's snowy, I'm happy 'cause I like how it looks draped all over the yard & trees...very pretty. When it's overcast & windy, I feel kinda blah, looking forward to the sun. Here in central Wisconsin, on this Sunday moring, we just got 15 inches of snow and it's blowing (we're under a blizzard warning). And I feel warm & cozy, 'cause I don't have to go anywhere. If I had to travel in this mess, I'd be very tense and concerned for my safety (people are falling off the road). I'm so looking forward to spring! Shoveling snow is such a drag. <*)))><

I can't speak for others but my experiences are:
a) I love it when it rains, it is very soothing for me, even when it is heavy with thunder and lightning
b) warm and sunny always cheers me up
c) cold and snowy weather usually means I get to stay home from work (I live in a warm state where we do not get much snow, so when we do it's front page news) so that is always makes me happy
d) overcast and windy makes me feel rotten. When the weather is like this it is dismal and pointless and all I feel unproductive and miserable.

Rainy - makes people sad or bored
Warm and Sunny - Happy
Cold and Snowy - Happy but in the same time bored
Overcast and Windy - Sad but not as sad as if it was rainy

I think that some people get emotions and some don't.Some peoples back hurts when rain is going to come or they get really tired.When it is sunny some people feel wide awake and some people might be tired or don't have any emotions.

Rainy--I feel content being inside and dry.
Warm and sunny--I feel....excited
Cold and snowy--content, same as rainy
Overcast/windy--I feel sad. I hate the wind.

A- bored and cold because you can't do much outside when it's raining
B-happy because I can go outside and you can hear birds chirping
C- depressed and want to sleep in all day
D-Angry because my hair and clothes are blowing everywhere

I love it all - rain or shine, hot or cold, windy, whatever. As far as I'm concerned, the weather is always perfect.

Yes, there are people who are effected by the reduction of sunlight in the winter.
