Keyword "malicious" Cheney's lies are more dangerous to the well being of the country and to our troops, not to mention any random innocent person caught in the line of fire of his ambition.
Clinton's a big liar, but not about the same things Cheney lies about.

Clinton lied about a matter that should have stayed between him, his wife and the other woman. What he lied about was not the business of anyone else. Cheney's lies have killed thousands. Between the two, I think creation of a war is far worse than lying about a knob job. Many people have died as a result of Cheney's lies and Bush's mismanagement of this war.
Clinton lied, but Cheney is pure malvolence.

the priority is that maximum Republican men are too effeminate to appreciate that bill Clinton wasn't mendacity in the real international of real studly men getting a bj on the run from a keen intern in the midst of the day isn't seen to be having intercourse so as that leaves Cheney because of the fact the biggest liar

So far Bill. I actually had to deal with Sexual Harrassment, thanks to Bill. One of my coworkers tried to use the "Clinton Defense" as an excuse for what he did. Cheney I don't have to deal with yet. Of course I wasn't the guy who got shot in the face because Cheney wasn't drunk.
