No it is not the same as being gay, it means i have a medical condition in which my brain is female and my body male. As such i am currently taking estrogen to feminise my body.

does that mean ur gay??? ugg well u kinda look like a man so i suggest growing out ur hair or getting some extensions and more make-up around the eyes and definately some marcara
