Just follow the normal diet but see that she drinks atleast 250ml of milk per day and a cup of curd and vegetable everyday. If you are satisfied just add one calcium sandoz tablet everyday to her diet and fruits.

a vegetarian diet can be healthier than an omnivorious one. i'm 12 and i used to be a pretty strict vegeterian (still avoid meat now though) when i was 11. i didn't seem to need anything specific however i always have taken 2 MULTI VIT/FL .25 MG TAB CHEWS each day, that's what the vitamins are called on the bottle so ask ur doctor about that i guess. i drank a lot of silk enriched vanilla soy. i would recommend iron supplements because the iron in vegetables are nonheme and though it's plenty it's harder for the body to absorb.. i'll let you know if there's anything else i start taking. i didn't make any change at all in my diet when i was 11(compared to my diet before), it's just not that necessary. Hope this helps!

Invite her pals get make up and finger nail polish, hire some chickflick video clips (The Lizzie McGuire action picture, Freaky Friday, be certain capture the record is going on) tornado, in case you have a Disney Scene it activity gosh my pals and that i nonetheless play that lol Fondue is mostly a funky theory and then make your very own sundeas set up a splash mini bar with differant toppings for ice cream differant flavors etc... I endure in recommendations gonig to sleep overs and a few of them we would circulate to the flicks or bowling earlier or throughout the sleepover Oh and order pizza will no longer be able to circulate incorrect with pizza :) yet another theory extra high priced is a inn sleep over after which you have acess to a pool too.

I hate to be the jerk here, but let her choose her own path as far as eating habits go. If not, she may resent you later on in life. All her friends will want to eat hot dogs, burgers, and pizza. She may ne ostricized from her group. Growing kids need proteins, fats, carbs, fiber, etc.

Idk but iron is for men, women have plenty of this.
I would keep eating what you normally eat, if it's good for you as an adult, with her entering puberty, it should be ok.
