Because the Buffalo Bills have publicly stated that they would trade McGahee for the right deal. It's not tampering, it's testing the
waters .

From what I heard the Bills are also interested in trading McGahee because he is not happy there but I dont know how that is tampering on the Gaints part. Tampering would be to do what the Jets did to the Pats and talk about how much money the player would get.

wait! no tampering going on. also its way to early to say what the giants season will be like. also being a giants fan i know they are a class organization. there will be a draft and trading going on so you can't judge any team til the new season starts.

The Giants, amateurish? This coming from the fan of a team that lost four Super Bowls in a row (one of them to the Giants!) and employed a murderer (OJ Simpson).

It is not tampering to disclose that they are in negotions for a trade...McGahee has publicly admitted his discontent playing for the Bills, so its him just as well as the Giants...

yeah man the giants ARE BEAT already for next season. no tiki means no playoffs and more likely than not a losing season.

Never fear Willis is staying where he is for now. The Bills asking price for the underacheiving RB will be too steep! As aBills fan I hope we can move the guy if he's not happy with the Bills!!The G-men are welcome to him.

Because the Bills approached the Giants about him, dumbass.
