It was probably just your pubic bone popping. It happens at the end of pregnancy due to your ligaments stretching getting your pelvis ready to birth your baby. Try to relax and not worry about every little ache and pain. You'll just drive yourself and your partner crazy. It'll be ok.

Congratulations! A question I've never seen before on YAnswers! You certainly did NOT hear your "cervix pop". It was probably just ligaments in your pelvic region or lower spine. The same sound you hear sometimes when your neck or ankle "cracks".

I feel that alot when I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. It's just that the muscles around the joints have become loose. All normal. Just try to keep exercising those prone areas, like your hips and pelvis, so it doesn't get too bad. Congratulations, you're so close to your due date.
