Entities do attach themselves to the living. If they are very strong they can either follow a person or so being actually attached in some manner they will be brought along by the living person.
There are several types of entities that do this

3) You are sensing your gardian. Not always an angel can be new or exsperienced as a gardian but can be anoying if you are sensitive to it. This is the only one that you cannot do anything about it but talk to him or her saying that they are too close and you need a bit of distance. Talk to them like they are a good friend of yours because they are. Their intentions are good so be nice.
As far as finding out which one it is? Not sure about that!
The best way to deal with this is to either talk to him or her as a person. Find a place where you can be relaxed and feel comfortable. Than nicely talk to the person as if you were having a conversation with someone you trust. Tell him or her that you are very unhappy about this person bothering you and you need your alone time.
If this doesn’t always work and it's best not to do it yourself. but you could exspell it. Again you may need a Priest or Priestess to help you exspell this entity or spirit.

You will need holly water. Either you can get it from a church or you can make a meager holly water from purified water and sea salt by blessing it and making the cross or whatever symbol of your religion.
