HI. Everything I do - I do at the last moment

- I won't do the laundry until I have a heap of clothes and nothing to wear for the next day.
- I won't leave for an apointment until the very last moment possible.
-I won't clean my room until I can't walk from one side to the other.
-I won't bring the bins away until it starts stinking.

How can I change from being a disorganized last-minute person to an in-control person?

So you like to procrastinate. You might try setting your clock back to start with. For your clothes: try getting a smaller bin: when it's full, you DO IT. Start with that

Stinky, It sounds to me like your mother was a real piece of work! I bet she kept a filthy house and your dad was an unemployed bum. You were probably raised in a filthy pigsty? Your failures are a refflection of poor parenting? One thing for sure, your behavior doesn't say much for your parents skill at raising a child. Too bad!
