so i wanna get a belly button ring but im not sure my parents would agree...

I can't tell you how to convince your parents, but I can tell you how it feels. Everyone told me it wouldn't hurt, that it was SO easy. Well, when she stuck that needle in my tummy, my eyes immediately teared buckets from the intense pain. And I'm not a "wuss," my daughter's birth hurt less~ really!!!!! Just thought I'd let you know. I'm fairly thin, and not sure if this matters as far as pain goes, but good luck!

Convince them by telling them it looks great. Tell them not a lot of people have them and that you like being differant. Tell them that when they were a kid they probably wanted something that their parents couldnt have so they know how dissapointed you would be if you couldnt get one. The best place to get it might be the mall or a professinal place. It probably feels a little ticklish and very weird but after a while you will get used to it. If you can't convince them if you can drive go to the mall one day with your friends and get one. If you or your freinds dont drive ask your grandma if she wants to go shopping with you then in the mall out of nowhere say oh that belly button ring place is so cool! I would really want one of those. If you dont have a grandma maybe ask an older cousin who is very cool to get it with you. HOPE THAT HELPED!

I can’t help you to convince your parents. Get it behind their backs lol like my sister did. But my sister said it wasn’t that bad but it did hurt.
