We went for a walk along Southend seafront; passed by joggers of both sexes.
They all looked as if they where in varying stages of pain.
Have you ever seen a jogger, runner, power walker with a smile on their face?

No, I can honestly say I never have, they either look exhausted, in pain or just posing, sorry but I couldn't be bothered with it me.

That's a good point. I've been a runner for 22 yrs, and when I run my mind is on anything but the task at hand, lol.

No never but you never see a fat one either.some of the female joggers have awesome bodys that can enlighten your day :-)

Well they always seem to get caught out in the rain and soaked by passing cars etc so no i haven't.

yeah, it's usually shortly after they head out (meaning no more than thirty seconds) and they're normally faking it for the neighbors. but i can't criticize. i DO NOT jog! hahaha

;-D LOL No, it's been a looong time. When I jog, I keep telling myself, "you're not gonna die, you're not gonna die..." So, I probably look perdy miserable.
