It's not what we commit to God at Christmas, but, what God committed to us. Christmas represents the birth of Christ, God's only son, who was sent to us, in the form of a human baby to become our sacrificial lamb so to speak..........to give us a redemption or a way out of this life of sin that we live in here on the earth. When God first made man, blood sacrifices were made to redeem one of one's sins. But, the time came that God who truly does love us and wants for us to be saved, needed to send a sacrifice for us once and for all. Thus the glorious birth of Christ, on Christmas. Miraculous, and beautiful, we see the birth of Christ, we remember what He came for, and we celebrate that great gift by giving to others, loving others, being kind and good and charitable. Hope that helps you find the answers you are are seeking. I'll be praying for you!

The promises to lessen sins throughout the year and pray for the sake of others. To remember the beauty of Christ and the miraculous event of a magical eve when Mary became a mother to a leader of the world and to unfortunate beings who crawled the earth desperately looking for the face of someone who can help them become a strong, witty person that can be as much of a leader as the human who helped them.Overall,we are promising to remember the wonderful events that occured amongst God and promising to pray more often.
