What was Isaac Slade like before the Fray?

He's always been an all-around good guy.
When he was a kid he lived in Guatemala for a while when his parents were missionaries there, and he's been relatively religious his whole life (as have been all of the band members; Isaac met Joe at their private Christian high school, where Ben also went a few years later).
He was working at Starbucks right before the band started and was trying to start his own video/music production company, and also working on a solo music career before he ran into Joe and they decided to start the band.
But for the past 4 years, he's been doing the band thing, getting married, putting out an album, stuff like that.
