that would happen to me all the time when i was preg. i would just push on my belly with my hands and that worked for me.

You can gently press upon your stomach, or lay down and change your position. But at times, you are going to have to deal with the discomfort. Sometimes those babies get very comfortable in a spot and will not move for anything. . .

eat something sugary. That normally gives the baby a jolt and gets her moving. Or you could switch postions and gravity will help her move.

Shift, roll over, or walk. Someimes even eating gets them to move, but sometimes you just can't get her to move, but the pain will be worth it when it is born.

I try sitting the opposite way the baby is sitting, this way gravity works with me.
