I assume you use Outlook for e-mail. Here's a teaser. For more information, go to Help in Outlook and type in "Stationery". It will coach you. Good luck.

From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
In the Compose in this message format list, click HTML.
Click Stationery Picker, and then click New.
In the Enter a name for your new stationery box, enter a name.
Under Choose how to create your stationery, select the option you want.
To select a file to base your stationery on, type the path and file name in the Use this file as a template box, or click Browse to select from a list.

Click Next.
Select the options you want to use.

I presume you are attaching Word documents to your emails for your letters. You need to create a .dot file (template file) in MSWord. Open a normal Word document, create your header (using word-art, clip-art etc.) then go to SaveAs. Select .dot under document type and put it in a directory you can find again! When you open this, Word will create a new document with your header in it (so it won't overwrite the original). Once you have written your letter and saved it, you can attach it to your email in the normal way.

Create a template and save it so that you can pull it up and then type your letter. Word is able to do this on PC and Pages on the mac is very good.

You can make a logo or whatever in photoshop and save it to the clipboard or just drag it in and position it.
