I need help to remove those spywares

after i scanned with AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5, i found adware, and trojans

I used google for my homepage but after I put a keyword, the websites are redirected to hrena.com, weddingplacescamera.com and others with the same layout.

I've found out those are symptoms from spyware and i've researched to remove that spywares

but the explanations are too complicated, considering that im not really good on computers and im afraid that the spyware could affect my account in internet banking

i really need help. Could someone please explain to me the procedure to remove spyware in an ordinary way or slowly? because im not a master in this computer thing. Thanks

Don't use norton it is a 3rd party antivirus software that helps some spyware and viruses into your computer so u have to keep buying the software. And there are no free ones that work just pay for one. Try McAfee. They range in price from 39.99-69.99 but are worth it. http://www.mcafee.com

Hi

Try www.download.com. Here you can find plenty of "Free downloads", including `AntiSpyware/AntiVirus'. Don't worry about the results of your AVG scan, as it is a clear indication that it is doing its job. The reason it shows these results is because AVG has moved them to its `Quarantine, prison or virus chest'. All `AntiSpyware/AntiVirus' have their own names for their `quarantine' sections. Once automatically placed here, they are out of harms way until you decide whether to `delete, heal, or restore them'. The best thing to do is continue using your computer for about a week or a period when you experience your PC working okay without any problems. Then, that will be an indication that those captured are NOT affecting your system, and then you can delete them from `quarantine'. These spyware usually get into your system through hitching a ride or piggy-back on software you've downloaded, especially Trojans. The worst that can happen is when you try to use one of your programs and it doesn't work properly. This is an indication that the program has been infected. Then, this will educate you about which type of programs to avoid downloading. However, even preinstalled and most reliable programs can be infected. Just `uninstall' them, then `reinstall' them again. It should only take a couple of minutes, depending on your internet connection. AVG is usually pretty good. It's not clear whether or not you use AVG Antispyware or their AntiVirus or both. Whatever, do a scan at least every 1 or 2 days.

Get yourself a good antivirus program I recommend Norton Internet Security 2007. It's not as resource-intensive as the previous versions, plus it protects against adware and spyware in addition to viruses.

Wow, I just went through this a couple of days ago and I thought I was going to have to format my computer. First, run a virus scan for any possible viruses. Take a look in your program files for any suspicious folders. Right click on the suspicious one and see when they were created. If they were created at the same time your problems began and they don't correspond to any legitimate program you have running, delete the folder. If you can't delete them, you can also try cleaning out your registry for any bad registry items. I used a program called Eusing Free Registry cleaner. It works great and it's free! Next empty your recycle bin and temp files. I hope this works as well for you as it did for me!

If you think your anti-spyware program didn't work well, you can try one of those in the source section.
