Friends, I got a job in london. Let me know what are the arrangements to do ? kindly guide me.

If you're within the European Union you don't need to make any special arrangements but if you're outside the EU you need to apply for a work permit in order to be allowed to work in London (or any other part of the UK). There are some exceptions including Iceland and Switzerland which are not in the EU but you don't need a visa either.

Kind of depends on your budget. Anywhere on the main London to Brighton line would do you. The commuter trains stop at pretty much all the stations and you should certainly do it in an hour. Examples: Brighton, Hove, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Redhill
