The President of Iran has been begging Bush to sit down and discuss Iran's Nuclear program for the last year and Bush has steadfastly refused and opted to Insult, malign, and threaten Iran with all kinds of crap and our Pentagon has just announced today in the news that they are planning on coming up with a 24 hour plan to bomb Iran upon Bush's notice.
If we get nuked by Iran it will be all Bush's fault for failing to be diplomatic - as he has always maintained that he was being (and of course he has been lying about this like he has lied about everything else!)

I think you're right. They are smarter than the west gives them credit for. And very dangerous - I mean, they're willing to die because they beleive they're dying for their god, and they are excited to get their "reward." Our military would have a lot of trouble going into Iran - we're stretched too thin. But I think something needs to be done. I think Iran is more of a threat than Iraq. Maybe not to people here, but certainly to Israel - our ally, and our guys and bases over there. I read an article once saying talking about the possibility that Iran had sleeper cells over here and was waiting to to their thing if we attack their homeland. Who knows, though.

Not really. There are hundreds upon hundreds of cruise missiles and smart bombs available for use which would never need a US soldier to set foot onto Iranian soil.
