Definelty sounds like a scam. If you signed up to participate for something then thats a different story, but if not then it's a scam.

Yes I have--and it is a scam. Seriously, who is going to just give you money for nothing? If you never signed up for a lottery, you are definitely not going to win it! If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

Another scam. Delete it. They want to steal your identity and clean out your bank account.
