Should be fine. My band director in high school had this wife that was constantly preggo, and she was always standing next to the bass drums and other loud instruments, and all 3 of her kids are fine. Also, my friend was 8 month pregnant when we went to a gig (smokeless and alcoholess, though) and we stood on the front row and danced. Baby didn't move any more or less than usual. Sound is muffled enough through your stomach that noises don't affect the baby that much.

Noises should be fine, but the smoke is not. Also do not drink! Here is some stuff about alchol during pregnancy:
What is the most dangerous stage in the pregnancy to drink alcohol? “The first stage tri-mester because that is when the brain is developing, but in the 2nd tri-mester the physical features develop and in 3rd tri-mester is when the memory in the brain develops
How many babies have you seen with FAS? “1 or 2 in the 4800 that I have delivered”
The Surgeon General has said that women should abstain from alcohol, do you agree with that? “For the most part, but it is ok to have a glass of wine.”
How many women have you had come in say that they had a drink before they knew they were pregnant? “ About 50% said that they had a drink before they knew they were pregnant and that is okay”
If you suspect or find out that a baby has FAS, what do you do? “I would contact the pediatrician to see how bad the FAS is”
How much alcohol goes into the baby? “ If a woman has more than 3oz. That is when it gets very dangerous. So to answer your question all of it
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (.5 to 2 in 1000 births)
Baby gets it when a mother (when pregnant with the baby) drinks more than 3 (depends on every baby) drinks during the pregnancy
What do you see in a baby with FAS? Behavior problems, flat noses, thin upper lip, sometimes long face, smaller head, retarded growth.
A safe level of alcohol is unknown
If more than 3oz. Of pure alcohol goes into a woman’s system, the baby can die or will be born with a low birth weight
Health Experts aren’t sure if babies differ in their sensitivity to alcohol
When pregnant women drink alcohol so so there babies
I know this is about alchol, but it might help. The noises won't hurt the baby. How far along in the pregnancy are you? It depends.

Well, you know how loud it is at a gig.... Imagine you're there, but your unerwater. That's what it'll be like for your baby. I took my sister to a gig with me when she was about 6 months pregnant, and the baby hated it. It moved around so much that it was painful. I also knew someone who went to a concert when they were 8 months pregnant, and she said it felt like the baby was going to jump right out through her skin.

I don't recommend going... it's too loud.

It won't hurt your baby. Actually, it might offer some sort of stimulation. You may feel the baby move around and be more active (depending upon how pregnant you are). But you do want to be leary of the smoke and stuff around. Remember - what goes into your body goes into your baby's body.

Speak to your doctor about it, and find out for sure if there is a genuine risk to your baby. . .

Congrats and good luck!!

Babys can hear after a certain point and most do not really like loud noises.
Its not harmful, but it will be quite uncomfortable for Mom.
