'Blind Melon' is the album name with the bee girl on the cover, and 'No Rain' is the song with the bee girl in the video.
These pages state that the girl on the Album cover is Georgia Graham (Glen Graham's sister);
while the girl on the "No Rain" video is Heather DeLoach.

Heather DeLoach
,Bass player Brad Smith wrote this about a former girlfriend. In the November, 1993 issue of Details magazine, he explained: "She had a hard time with depression. I was telling myself that I was writing it about her: how f--ked up she could be, but how intelligent she was and why she was so unhappy and how much she needed me to be happy. And I realized I was writing it about myself at the same time. I needed her just as much. She would sleep even when it was sunny outside and she'd complain that there wouldn't be any rain, because that would give her an excuse to stay in." (thanks, Edward Pearce - Ashford, Kent, England)
This had a very intriguing video featuring a girl dressed in a bee costume. The bee girl, Heather DeLoach, appears in the Weird Al Yankovic video for "Bedrock Anthem" (a parody of "Give it Away" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers) in the bee suit.
This was a hit on a variety of formats. It reached #1 on the AOR (classic rock), modern rock and metal charts.
The video was #22 on MTV's Greatest Videos Ever Made countdown at the end of 1999.
Blind Melon appeared on the following television shows: Beavis and Butthead (video for "Galaxie"), VH1's Pop Up Video (video for "No Rain"), The David Letterman Show twice (performed "Change" in 1994 and "Galaxie" in 1995), Saturday Night Live (they were on in 1994, performing "No Rain" with the Ripped Away intro and "Paperscratcher"), Jon Stewart Show (performed "Walk") and hosted MTV's 120 Minutes in 1995. (thanks, Aquilla - Baltimore, MD, for all above)
Lead singer Shannon Hoon was the cousin of Axl Rose and appeared on the Guns N' Roses Use Your Illusion albums. Hoon died of a drug overdose in 1995.
After Hoon died, the remaining members auditioned new singers and were ready to go on without him, but decided to split up instead. The groups they formed were called Extra Virgin and Unified Theory. Brad Smith also formed a solo recording project called Abandon Jalopy. Many their songs are about his childhood in rural Mississippi. Smith was often a driving force, and wrote many of Blind Melon's songs. (thanks, Taylor - bryan, TX)
In 2003, this was used in a commercial where a girl in a hot dog costume meets a guy in a Pepsi costume. Love blooms.
