no because i attempt to do things that i wont feel sorry for. i attempt to think things out and not act on my emotions. sometimes when i yell or say things that are hard i apologize which eases my conscience but i have to really mean it.

Your conscience tells you to do the right thing in a bad situation. If you do the wrong thing you didnt listen to your conscience. Your conscience is always with you but you have to listen VERY well to hear it.
