go to start ,control, panel add/remove programs and you could also do a disk defragment witch takes a long time so be patient
start,programs,accesories,system tools, disk defragment or a disk cleanup is in that same folder with disk defragment

Do you mean like unwanted programs and so on? If so, go Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs. Simply remove any you do not use anymore.

u can do so manually or u can easily format the hard drive which then u would have to reinstall windows (i'm assuming its a windows based pc)

Download killdisk. This will delete everything including your OS.

some germans developed z-defrag. it is an on-the-fly ram defragger, easy to handle,
to defrag your harddisk use : right mouseclick to a partitition -> properties -> there is defrag, but do NOT use format
