every boyfriend i've had (3) has turned vile when i ended it with them..i've ended 2 relationships because of THEM cheating and one because we've grown apart and are more like friends then lovers. I thought he was a really cool guy, until yesterday i expalined to him were growing apart and he accused me of sleeping around and that i had better have used protection otherwise he would beat me up!

I WAS in complete shock, he also said i need councelling? and that i was mad? where is this poison coming from. I tried to end it nicely but it just got thrown back in my face. i didnt cheat on him AT ALL. my friends say because i'm a model and i'm studying, that he feels insecure?

But why do men turn nasty after the break-up..like turn psycho on me..?

GRRRR

PLUS hes phoned me twice this morning and i never answered, i dont want to answer after those disgusting things he said about me, but i cant help but feel sorry 4 him as he said them in anger, but it was TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER!

The reason he turns nasty is because that is his method of coping with you breaking up with him. I do not think the anger is directed at you, even though he takes it out on you. He is more upset with himself for being inadequate for you.

Take it from a guy, this is how we deal with it. If it is truely over, let him rant and rave and he will eventually finish being a jerk. Once that happens, he will feel pretty stupid.

Good luck.

Guys like to be in control. When the girl decides to end it...they think it's because she's found some other guy that 'pleases' them better. And you said you were a model...oh yeah...they think you've found a different guy that's better than them in bed.

Guys are driven by sex...but they don't understand that girls...aren't AS driven by it as they are. Girls actually want to talk, and be smart and romantic without sex behind it.

Being a pretty girl is like that...they're always going to believe some other guy is taking you away from them...that you cheated on them...not because you would...but because you have the looks for it.

TO ME IT SOUNDS AS THOUGH YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION. Sounds like you have your life in order, modeling, and studying, keep doing what you are doing and eventually the right guy will come along. Dont let a guy talk to you like that and let it bother you ,unless of course you havnt been right. At any rate it doesnt mean anything more than you found out he is someone you dont need to be with. Keep working hard and things will come together for you.

Obviously they've all had feelings for you inspite cheating. Guys are rarely monogamous. I guess us girls do the same when we get dumped, except we're worse. Guys think they can do whatever they want and treat women like dirt and still expect women to come running to them. You've hurt their ego and that's why they've gotten vile and hateful. Believe me, you're not alone.

I agree with you. He is the one that need counseling. You sure no how to pick them. Thank God he is out of the picture. Yes he is insecure, and jealous. Two of the wrong character traits . You will find someone worthy of you. Concentrate on your career and studies. Patience is a virtue.

any guy who threatens to beat you up for any reason isnt a real man anyways.
it has nothing to do with you. He has control issues.
you should try beign friends with a guy before dating them so you can find a guy that understands you better and stay away from the immature punks.

It's a rejection thing - a lot of guys can't take rejection... it hurts their sensitive egos
