What is your question?
If you deposited a check that was NSF you will be charged a fee by your bank. You are legally able to collect the amount of the check plus any fees you were charged by the person who sent you the check. If the refuse turn it over to the police as it is illegal to pass bad checks.

Have to agree with a couple other answers, there's more that you're not telling. If you carried a check to the bank it was written on they would verify the account had sufficient funds to cover the check prior to cashing it.

What is your question?
If the check bounced you have not been paid. Depending on the circumstance you can proceed to collect via state or municipal courts especially small claims court.
If the bounced check was from your employer, the state has an agency for making employers pay wage.

So the person who sent you the check had no intention of paying you or wished to delay somehow but the result is the same (plus you're in for fees for the bad check).

You will probably be charged some kind of fee and will be responsible for any the bank gave you for the check that you have spent.

Oh confident! its robbery - via fact which you knowingly cashed the cheque - "for products i became merchandising, for extra advantageous than I asked" - "I took the verify to the financial enterprise it became wrote on.they checked it out then cashed it.I spent money" it rather is seen as cheque fraud, and that they might ask for triple damages. undesirable flow - I advise which you initiate grovelling and pay the money returned.

And?
If you were owed the money, sue. If it was something else (like "part" of a prize winning), it might be a scam.
