Has there been any reports about life insurance that Anna owned on herself or that others took on her?
I am curious to see who profits on her death.
If the money supposedly is to go in trust for the baby, what sort of fee is Howie going to claim for administering the funds? I betcha Howie will claim at least 50%.

There has been no mention of life insurance. Anyway, the will and life insurance work differently, even if life insurance was mentioned in the will. Life insurance companies only pay out to beneficiaries not to designees in a will, the beneficiary clause in a life insurance policy supercedes anything written in a will which is why it is important for people who have life changes such as divorce, pre-deceasement( as was the case in this train wreck) change the beneficiaries on their insurance policies.
There have been many cases where couples divorce, remarry and then die but they never changed the name of the beneficiary from the first spouse to the second spouse. This meant that the first spouse got the money despite what was said in the will
Anna Nicole Smith's will as it stands right now looks as if it will be declared null and void.
There were too many flaws in it such as the first part of a paragraph says she "disinherits" any future spouses or children yet further in the paragraph it left money to the future child.
If the will stands, which I seriously doubt, slimeball Stern would receive 5% of the proceeds as executor with a guaranteed minimum of $5 million. This would change dramatically if the dead billionaires money comes into play.

about the life insurance policy, none have surfaced yet......
remains to be seen if any one took out a policy on her....
As executor to Anna's estate, Howard K.Stern is entitled to
claim a percentage fee for any and all services rendered.
but..........everything can be frozen until determination of
Anna's death is officially declared . Keep in mind that Anna
earned her living in the USA never in the Bahamas, and possibility of the IRS attaching proceeds, she was a legal
resident of California and should pay federal taxes at least.

If you go to cnn.com you can actually read the will yourself. But it's rather old and was never updated. In the will Anna Nicole left everything to her son and also stated that she would be leaving nothing to any other children that she had, but as I said the will wasn't updated and yes Stern is the one who helped her write the will.
I believe now that a judge has stated that the body is in custody of Danilelynn, I'm sure that may mean the bulk of the estate will go to her as well, being the only living heir.

She entitled everything to Daniel Smith. As you know, he passed on in September, so he can't get all the money now. Danielynn is the only child of Anna's alive, so she's entitled to everything, and Howard is the executor of the will.

. I haven't heard anything about a life insurance policy. I doubt that she had one, or we would have heard about it.
