In my class, there are two girls who sit at my table. One of them just recently broke up with her boyfriend, Josh. Her best friend, Bethany likes him and during Science, they both take a bulletin board tack and carve his initials in there wrist! They act like it is no big deal but it is! I am really afraid that they are going to go even further with it! What should I do?

Just to let you guys know, these people are not my friends. We have assigned seats in our classes and I am assigned to sit next to them.

I think you should talk to them and tell them your worried. If they want their initials on their waist tell them to get a tattoo (not permanent)

i know this one guy who likes to stick staples in his arm. i know how scary it is to sit and watch them purposely hurt themselves. you need to sit down one on one with these girls and tell them you are concerned about them. tell then that cuttin themselves just hurts and doesn't resolve anything.
