we need more details...what kind of "processing food" are you talking about? like in your stomach? that produces a lot of gas, and it smells pretty bad too! or are you talking about like in a food processor? or are you referring to industrial processing of food? Hmmm....

HAHAH you sound like you have an ish-ty project!
How the heck do we know its your project you are supposed to tell us. That's the point you figure it out and tell us. If we tell you then you haven't done good science because you are just re-doing what people have already done, and it sounds like not as good.
