I've had good luck with Almay, but you should probably lay off with the eyeliner for a few days, or at least keep it to the top lid. See an eye doctor if you haven't already. I learned that lesson the hard way trying to treat an eye infection on my own- it got much, much worse and was misery for almost a week. I couldn't even stand wearing my glasses, much less putting on makeup!

Continuing the use of makeup around the eyes will irritate the infection and make it last longer. You should not use any products near the eyes. If you do apply makeup near the eyes every time you reuse that brush or makeup you are helping to keep the bacteria in your eye that is causing the infection. Because of this any makeup or brushes should be thrown out if used when a infection is present.

If you continue to use eye make-up with an eye infection, you can contaminate the whole tube of make-up, and the infection can continue, get worse or come back later. If you insist on doing it- as soon as the infection is cleared up, throw all of youe eye make-up away and start with new.

For liquid eyeliner, it takes a mushy hand and prepare working it over the lid ideal above the eyelashes. For the backside, that's acceptable to stay with the eyeliner below the lashes below the waterline, yet I continually persist with it on the waterline that's on the backside above the backside lashes. if so, pull the backside lid out and persist with. acceptable of success.

No eyeliner. In fact, no eye makeup of any sort is probably beneficial. It will heal quicker.

I wouldn't wear it at all until the infection clears up. If you must, then any hypo-allergenic like Almay is good.

Why not lay off the liner for a couple days and let your eye heal.
