There is an awful lot of husband bashing in here and I know there are many happy wives out there. Tell me good things about your husband that make you love him more every day. What makes him special to you and how long have you bben married?

I agree with you, and I think Dr. Laura's Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands is a great book that addresses this issue. For many women however, they get their panties in a wad just reading the intro, they refuse to admit that they might hold the key to solving their relationship problems, instead wanting to blame everything on the man. They don't realize how much power they have in the relationship to make things better. All it takes is a little humility and kindness....OK, sorry, getting off soap box now. My hubby is wonderful....sometimes he's a pain, but so am I....LOL

My husband and I will be married for 6 years next month. While it's not perfect (nothing is) we do have a great relationship. Here's just a few of the things that make him the man I love...
1) He loves the Lord.
2) He is very caring, loving, and affectionate. He's always telling me how much he loves me.
3) He would do anything for anybody, to help them out.
4) He has the wonderful ability to make me smile, at any time.
5) He's very sensitive and emotional, and is great at communicating his thoughts, feelings and dreams to me.
6) He's a wonderful father.
7) He's my best friend in the world.
The list could go on and on, but those are just some of the reasons why I love him so much. :)

Married 3 years this past October. Together almost 6 years. He's never had biological children of his own but treats my children just like they were his own. Despite my 17yr old son's behavior problems and the fact that my 24 year old daughter just moved back home with her two children ages 11months and 5 years. He still works hard at his job and our marriage. Now most would say I am pretty lucky and I am. Just like the other answerer, I will not get into the cons of him right now because the good outweighs the bad.

I have been with my husband 12 years...married 8. On the outside looking in our relationship might look really rough, but He is my everything. My husband has a wonderful soul...and is a true friend. He has a wonderful smile, beautiful eyes, and magnificent hands. Even during our worse times I couldn't even think of being with anyone else! He is my LIFE partner.

My husband doesn't hang out at the bars, he helps me with the laundry,cooking, he will let me buy whatever I want, tells me he is proud of me in all I do. Never complaines if I'm too tired to clean or cook after working all day. He knows its both of our jobs. But don't ask about the cons. I have a longer list there, lol

He treats me like a queen and actually deals with my tan drums that I throw around sometimes. He never forgets my needs and sometimes puts my needs in front of his. He loves me and adores me and wouldn't hurt me in anyway. Sometimes I'm scared that I hurt him because he loves me so much but then I love him a lot to. Our love is something that I never had before and I would cherish forever...
Yes I am not going to bash him because I love him and I have no problems so far in my relationship.

He loves to hold me kiss me and knows how to turn me on among other things he is a hard worker good provider wonderful listener and knows when something is on my mind he can always tell, he knows what i like and what i dislike, he loves me no matter what he is always by my side and that what makes him so wonderful to me and that is why i love him so much.
