When you get a nice cop that lets you off with a warning for speeding *55 in a 40* then you get pulled over some time later, do you think the cop will know you have a warning. When they take your lisence back to their car do they have something in their car that tells them your driving history (warnings or tickets)? If they do then do the warnings show up?

The first time was a written, the second time was verbal...so that means the nice one did see my first warning, and gave me another warning anyway? So then the next time I get caught I can get away with saying that I've only been pulled over once?

that depends if the warning is verbal or written. and yes they call into dispatch and tell then your information ( name, License number ) and they run a MVR on you. they even know if you been arrested or have out standing warrants.

I got pulled over once with a verbal warning and pulled over again not too long after. The second cop was like, "oh, this must be your first time being pulled over." And I was like yep. So, I guess he didn't know.
