Are you trying to figure out how to actually do a dunk (as in what is a dunk) or are you trying to find out how you can have the ability to dunk.

well if you want to know what a dunk is, its just jumping and touching the rim and putting the ball in the basket.

but if you want to know how to get the ability to dunk, i would say get ankle weights, probably about 10-15 pounds and jump. work your quads by jumping and just keeping do that constantly every day. also, use the ankle weights, by light the back of your toe but not the front part and stay in place. if you do that for about 30-45 minutes and also play basketball, take off the ankle weights and your legs will fill light and you should jump a little higher. keep doing it everyday until you reach your goal.

Lol. Get tall, get a very, very good vertical leap, then jump up there with the ball and slam it in.
