Because it's unlike any other show on tv right now and it's got a hot cast, Especially Milo Ventimiglia who plays Peter :) I hope this show sticks around for a really long time.

Simply because of the surprises around every turn. Sylar hooking up with the doctor and finding all the other heros so he can simply kill them all and steal their powers, thats good tv. The cheerleader is insanly hot and her end of the story is just as good as peters. Of course, lets not forget about Hiro. So many great hilarious lines coming out of his character. "ooo waffles" Hilarious.

Its a good show but I found out that Peter's brother, the guy running for senate or whatever, is married to that traitor dixie chicks lady.
